Hello! Welcome to this unique new addition to your events; we are thrilled to share it with you! Hoop Waco is a premier arcade basketball trailer that brings the fun right to your doorstep. We show up, open the doors, and let anyone and everyone play arcade basketball for free, for as long as you want. Simple, fun, competitive and very addicting. We roll up, you ball out.
We are Waco locals, Baylor grads, and parents of three young children (birthday parties, anyone?). When we learned of this first-to-market opportunity to bring one of our family’s favorite games to events of all kinds, we knew it had to come to Waco. We are so excited to bring you Waco’s first mobile arcade basketball trailer, based on the original mobile arcade basketball Hoop Trailer in San Diego. We look forward to making memories with you at your special events with Hoop Waco—a mobile arcade trailer designed to bring the thrill of basketball right to your doorstep.
The Booking Process
1. Fill out the form
First, we need some info from you about your party: date, time, location, add-ons, etc. We’ll get in touch to verify we are available.
2. Accept the invoice
Once we verify your information, we’ll send you over an official estimate for your event. This is where you can see a breakdown of your exact price.
3. Pay the deposit
When everything is approved and looks good, we’ll ask for a 50% deposit to lock in your event on our calendar.
4. Enjoy and play
The day of the event, we’ll show up early to ensure everything is set up. After a quick demo, you’ll be ready to play.

YES, we do! We have a $1,000,000 policy and we can also add your event/venue to our 'additionally insured' section of our policy if necessary.
